Users may lose access to important systems or data due to an unexpected loss of network connection.

Risk Mitigation Policy
- Set up backup connections to ensure network availability if the primary connection fails.
- Make sure automatically users failover is available.
- Monitor network performance continuously and perform routine checks to detect and resolve issues early.
- Train staff in emergency procedures and establish a clear response plan for network outages.
