Risk Mitigation Policy

  1. Use air filters to reduce dust entering the rooms  
  2. Clean the rooms and equipment regularly  
  3. Ensure good ventilation to maintain a stable temperature for the equipment  
  4. Close windows and doors specially during storms  
  5. Place signboards to deal with the risk of storms and dust  
  6. Spread awareness among all university’s members to take precautions and be careful  
  7. Owned special generator to use if the power is off.

Risk Incident Response Procedures

  1. Determine which devices affected and considered malfunction 
  2. Installing a replacement for the malfunction device. 
  3. Restore the work to what it was and restore the data to the last shot before the device out of service. 
  4. If the power goes off, turn on the generator.  
  5. Check the data and services to ensure everything is well.

By sending the final report explaining the problem causes and how we can mitigate next time.
