Risk Mitigation Policy
- Use air filters to reduce dust entering the rooms
- Clean the rooms and equipment regularly
- Ensure good ventilation to maintain a stable temperature for the equipment
- Close windows and doors specially during storms
- Place signboards to deal with the risk of storms and dust
- Spread awareness among all university’s members to take precautions and be careful
- Owned special generator to use if the power is off.

Risk Incident Response Procedures
- Determine which devices affected and considered malfunction
- Installing a replacement for the malfunction device.
- Restore the work to what it was and restore the data to the last shot before the device out of service.
- If the power goes off, turn on the generator.
- Check the data and services to ensure everything is well.

By sending the final report explaining the problem causes and how we can mitigate next time.
